The Client Success Team ensures that our clients continue to grow even after the launch of their website, webshop, or portal. We support them with further development, updates, and fast service, and collaborate on marketing and performance optimizations to improve their online results. As a Web Developer within this team, you have a proactive mindset and enjoy making a difference for a variety of clients every day.

As a Web Developer within the Client Success Team, you have the technical expertise to assist clients efficiently with a wide range of questions. You are also a clear communicator with a heart for customer success. Additionally, you are:
Technical backbone
Technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP are second nature to you. At the same time, you can provide support with domain registration, hosting, DNS, and SSL. We will also introduce you to state-of-the-art technologies.
Switching gears
You easily alternate between working on longer sprints as part of ongoing development projects and handling incoming ad hoc tasks. This variety keeps you sharp and energized.
Team player
You are the true team player we would describe as the “go-to person” because you quickly find your way in the technical landscape and are always willing to help your colleagues.
Service-oriented

… starts with a delicious cup of freshly brewed coffee in our internet café with your Client Success colleagues. We’ve received the go-ahead for a great webshop expansion. After the technical briefing, tasks are divided, and you discuss how to fit them into the planning for the coming weeks.
At 9:15 AM, your daily stand-up with the Client Success Team begins. In fifteen minutes, you review ongoing progress and discuss newly submitted client requests. High-priority issues are handled immediately; for other tasks, you schedule a time slot in consultation with the client. You also plan a quick meeting with a fellow developer to get a second opinion on a complex issue.
During lunch, you fry an egg and eat together with your colleagues. Afterwards, you try to beat the top players at the foosball table.
In the afternoon, a client calls about products not appearing in their webshop. All hands on deck! Together, you investigate and quickly discover that the POS system experienced a server hiccup overnight, causing the products not to update correctly in the shop. You contact the POS software supplier, make a small adjustment, check the import script, run it again, and everything is up-to-date.
Later that day, you have a meeting with a Client Success colleague to brainstorm a complex question that came in. Full of energy and armed with insights, you and your fellow developer create a short step-by-step plan on how to approach the problem and estimate the required work.
After a dynamic day, you say goodbye to your colleagues on Slack. See you tomorrow!
